WW and journaling
Well, I am ournaling using WW e-tools. It is much easier. But now I have to plan my meals ahead of time. I think that oI will be making my meals easy and lowfat...Grilled chicken breast, veggies, wild rice. Trying to stay away from the carbs.

Doing a lot of activities, like major house cleaning and walks and working out at the gym. I got to remember !!!! small goals!!!!! and step by step. I have been so overwhelmed think the total amount to lose. Focusing on 5lbs at a time will be a lot easier.

Well, it has been quite a struggle over the last couple of weeks.
Sugar has been a crutch--guess it replaced smoking.

Off to a better start today.

Okay I blew it, arghhh
Anyhow, I did terrible with my eating on March 1st. Over the last 2 weeks all I want to do is eat sweet food.
I can't seem to stop. But, I am trying.

Today, I have been just horrible.

Coffee, juice, cheeseys, and toast. YUCKKKKKKK

NOn fat ravoli YUCKKKKKK

What the hell is a matter with me. Oh, well.
Guess I better go to the gym ASAP.

WW is too much money
Well, I have to drop out of WW. It is too much money and between work, school, and volunteering I never get to the meetings anymore.

So, I pledge to be diligent about my exercise and diet. After all, I want to look great when I start interviewing for JOBS!

Upset because my car is totally screwed up it needs $1700 or more worth of work and I really should not be driving it. So, I can't get to the library, appts, etc. I have no time to shop for a car (nor the money really), but have to figure out something. Oh, well. Everything will work out in due time.

Well since last we spoke I have lost an additional 2.6 pounds. Another 20 lbs to go.

Sent Marla off to the dog sitter, so we can do our homework! Ahhh, to much homework.
